I'm being double charged

I'm being double charged

I have tried to contact spotify directly however the online form is not working.  I have been charged twice a month for the last few months for my single account.

Hi Stevie,

In regards to the double payments, it appears that you have two accounts which both have active subscriptions.

Don't worry! One of our advisors will be happy to help sort this out for you, but this will require using the online contact form.

Could you let us know what happens when you try to get in touch using our online contact form and which browser you're using?
