Joining Family Premium

Hello, on December 25th I was invited to join Premium for Families by Jade Mallory. The automated email message is pasted below. "Welcome to the family Great news, Jade Mallory has invited you to join Premium for Family. This means you'll be able to enjoy all the benefits of Spotify Premium, while keeping your account and playlists separate. Payment will be handled by Jade Mallory Your invite code is: SPF7WEtkeBm2V" However, when I accept the invitation and enter the invitation code, Spotify does not recognize it. I'm not sure what to do from here.
