Logging in problems

I changed my password and then when I tried to log in on the app it doesn't work I've tried numerous times. I've changed my password twice since then still no progress

You are logging in with your username and not an email address? If so, the quickest fix is to reset it here then try again.

No I am logging via email address and I've reset like 5 times still not working

Email logins are only used for facebook linked accounts. If your account was created with facebook, you need to change your facebook password here.

I want to close my facebook account but my account is linked to spotify. I don't know how to log onto spotify without my facebook details.

@EleanorGenevier - In short, you will need a new account. If your account was created via Facebook you can't remove the link.
