Lost Credit Card - Account Disabled

Lost Credit Card - Account Disabled

Hi! I recently lost my credit card and forgot to update my payment information. Now my account is disabled and I cannot log back in, even to change my info.

 

I tried resetting my password, but it says that my username is not linked to an active account

 

Any help would be great! Thanks in advance!
