Lost premium account because of facebook trouble

Hello.

I have a problem with my Spotify account.

I had ordered spotify premium account, but after a while I got tired of all the notifications on facebook, so i deleted the spotify app there.

and when i tryed to log inn to spotify again, i suddently got another spotify account with free subscription.

i really need help with this becaus my credit card is auto recurring.

following some account information:

the account with premium is 1126101380

and spotify account now connected is 11129251073

You will need to get in touch with the customer services team directly using the online contact form and they will be able to lend a hand to restore your old account. The Spotify app on your Facebook must remain to keep the link between your Facebook login details and your Spotify account. 

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.
