Merge two accounts without having access to one of them

Hello,

Long story short: I have a Spotify account that I use and paid for, and a second account which got created when some content featuring me was uploaded to the platform. I would like to keep the content but gain access to that account/merge the two accounts so I can have everything in one place. How do I do this?

Do you have access to the email address of the old account? If not, maybe this article can help. Merging of accounts is done either via a manual transfer of the content by you or by our customer support team. Here is how to reach out to them.
