My husband purchased a family account. I had an old one but when my debit card was stolen charges wouldn’t go through. So now I can’t log into the new account on the app because a red banner shows up saying something is wrong with my payment. When I go online and log out of the old account it still shows in the app. I have tried to even log everyone out of the old plan. How can I log out of my old plan and add the new family plan from my husband. My old plan is under email [Moderator edit]

If you aren't able to log out of your account following this step-by-step guide, I recommend that you access your old account overview page and then scroll down to the bottom of the page and click Sign out everywhere, as mentioned in the support article I linked above. This probably will log out your account on all devices and you'll be able to log into your new account.
