Why are new playlist being created daily on my account? I've changed my password and nothing changed. (Created by Trixie Loud, Created by Kingenjoker?)

In this case, probably you've given access to your account for some third-party apps but you can revoke it following these steps:

1. Log in to your Apps page. 
2. Find the app you want to remove and click REMOVE ACCESS.
