I have an premium account, my username is "evanam" and I paid for my premium account with an amex or giftcards. 

Four days ago I received an email saying that my account was disabled because of a chargeback. I have never filed a chargeback against spotify.

So my account is disabled with over 3 years of saved playlists and more importantly, my wedding playlist! I really would like to solve this problem and enable my account. 

 

I've sent two emails on the spotify help support page; days ago but all I got was an automatic answer, no reply. My case number is #: 01554412

 

Now what can I do?

Hey Evan!

 

All you need to do is reply to the automated email, and you should then hear back from someone. We aim to respond within 24 hours, but please allow a little extra time.
