Premium gift card form bug

The form for buying a premium gift card has an issue with the "Choose a delivery date" field. The form doesn't present a date picker for that field so the users need to guess the proper date format if they want to buy a gift card. I believe the expected format is YYYY/MM/DD but I'm not sure.

 

Here's the link to the Canadian form. I don't know if it's an issue for other countries.

The bug still exists on Safari for macOS but the format displays properly on Chrome for macOS. I purchased the card using Chrome and it seemed to work there. It still needs to be fixed though. Is there somewhere I can file a bug report?

You're right, the correct form is YYYY-MM-DD (year-month-day).
