Premium subscription does not work

I have subscribed to spotify premium, but I still have Ads on my smartphone and quality is not improved compared to free subscription.

What might be wrong?

Hi @ikek,

It sounds as though you could have two accounts. One free the other premium.

Or, if this is your first sign up to premium it could be a payment issue.
