Problems with login to Spotify after removing the Facebook-linking

I do not remember my Spotify password and tried to change it through "Have you forgotten your password" -section. When I submit my gmail address, it'll will redirect me to a page where it says that I have to do this through my Facebook account, but the problem is that I do not have my Spotify app linked to Facebook anymore, as I removed the linkage  from Facebook some time ago trying to fix this problem. So dead end there? Any helpful tips here what to do next? I'm not able even to login to Spotify Support, because I do not remember my Spotify password/nor have the FB-linkage there anymore.

All you need to do is get in contact with Spotify support and they can take a look backstage. The easiest way to contact them is by messaging SpotifyCares on Facebook or Twitter. They usually respond within 48 hours!
