Profile Under Wrong Name and Picture

We use our Spotify profile to play music at our wrokplace. The gentleman who used it the most is no longer with the company, yet his name and picture still appears on the Spotify player. It doesn't appear to be connected to his facebook though. I can't seem to find anywhere a place to change this. Help us out?

What is the Spotify username of the account?

Can confirm that account is not tied to Facebook currently, so my guess is your Spotify client is just showing old data. A re-install should clean it up for you:

Uninstalled and reinstalled. Still the same thing. Says Mark Arnold and has his picture. Doesn't say SmokyMtnHD anywhere until I pull up the account online. But it still has his picture online

Weird, the public profile for me on both the desktop and web player just shows "SmokyMtnHD". Are you using Windows or Mac?

My windows computer and my co-worker's mac both show the same thing in the program. "Mark Arnold" and his picture.
