J'ai un compte "spotify unlimited" et pourtant, depuis quelques jours, j'ai de la publicité. Pourquoi?

If you're still seeing ads even after you have upgraded to Premium, please do a quick log-out/in to see if that helps. If that doesn't work, please follow these steps. 

If you're still having trouble, please send me a screenshot of the ads being shown so that I can take a look. Hide sensitive info when posting to the community.
