Redeemed Code on same day as automatic payment - will that cover the next month?

Hey everyone,

 

I paid for another month of premium today through an automatic payment, but I realized that I also had a $10 code to redeem. I thought the $10 would be added to my account and cover the next month, but my account page says my next payment is still due on 4/25. Is there anyway I can have that extra $10 I just paid apply to the next month or do I have to put in a request for a refund. Thanks

The payments system can detect if a payment has been made or a code as been applied. It will extend the period until you have to pay again.

 

It is likely that it is still processing. It should update to reflect the new "next payment" date here: (5/25)

Also, check the receipts section to see the payment history
