I realise by now that the only way you can get in contact with support is to get a moderator in here to bump your case.

 

So in short:

 

So, Spotify posted on my facebook without my concent.

I went in and restricted access for the spotify facebook app so it didnt post stuff without my concent.

This causes spotify to delete my account, all my playlists and i loose my premium membership.

I write to support, get a message back, telling me that i can help myself with this issue.

Writing a post here and get told that i have to reply to the mail, that does not say anything about replying, infact comming from a noreply@spotify mail.

Replying to the mail i get a "we can't fix it, but we can make a new account"

I reply....

Nothing happens....

 

Its crazy how bad the customer support is here, but now i just want to get it over with.

 

Can someone please tell support that my i want support? Case # 01865425
