Reset my password but the email linked to account is inaccessable

 I can not log into my premium account because I have forgotten my password. The email address I have linked to my account is my old work email address (which i dont have access to anymore). So when I go to reset my password, the link goes to my old email address which I cant access anymore. Can someone please help because I have hand picked each song in my account and i have around 300 songs on there.

Unfortunately it says on the customer support page that "if you don’t have access to an email address associated with your Spotify account, you’re unable to reset the password, so you need to create a new account"
