Specific tracks do not start to play

We have one family member who used to listen to audio books. Suddenly they are not working on _any_ device or browser anymore. All other accounts play them perfectly fine.
Looking at the network tab in the browser I can see that especially for those tracks I get a 401 response within the call chain. Cross-tested this with a different account -> no "forbidden" (401) status code.
Again: It is completely unrelated to device or browser vendor. We even removed the account and re-created and added it. Also we checked that every setting is _exactly_ the same as in other accounts. It will just not play those specific tracks.

This would be e.g. https://open.spotify.com/track/3frG0j3UQUz6GqLirmmUsh?si=e45b31d1286c42d2 (randomly chosen) but it affects all of this artist.

Thanks for getting back to us with this info.

In this case, it's best that the user reaches out to the folks over at Customer Support, so they can assist them in creating a new account, as this is most likely an account issue.
