How long does it take to get a reply and a fix?

 

I had a free trail which ended on the 31st but I agreed to renew to the premium service and this is why £9.99 has left my acccount.

 

However, i now only have a FREE service and no play list.

 

Tech and internet companies are great until it goes wrong and you cant call them.

 

What can i do to speed this process up!

Hey there,

 

Spotify normally response within 24-48 hours. Have you replied to the automated e-mail? If not, just reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the employees will get back to you as soon as possible.

My daughter has the same paid on friday and is still on free music I emailed still waiting to here back

@James7th - Do you have an email receipt which has your username in it?

I've done some detective work and located your Case. It's with the right team and is currently in a queue. It normally takes less than 24 hours to get a response, so you should have one by tomorrow.

Keep up the good work.

I still seem to be waiting and im still on a free not premium subscription.

 

I have checked my bank account and the money went out on the 01/10/2014 and my account defaulted back to Free on the 4th or 5th??

48hours now and i have still not had my problem resolved.

 

Think im going to move over to a different service!!!!
