Studying Abroad messed up my subscription

I recently arrived at London for a study abroad program. Once I was logged onto the wifi here my premium account was changed to a free account. I am on a family plan so i figured they must have kicked me off because I was not living in the home address of the account holder, so I paid for the solo premium acconut.

 

Now it wont even let me pay with the student discounted premium account even though my school qualifies for the discount. 

 

If possible, how would I be able to get back on the family account?

Or if not, how do I get the premium student discounted price back?

Hey @camilagini,

 

Try logging into your Spotify profile on your browser here with your email. Your username will be displayed after you login.

 

After that, check the status of your subscription. If everything looks ok, logout of the app in your device, and be sure to use that username, instead of your email address, to login to your account. It's the one with the Premium features.

 
If not, your Family account Admin should be able to tell you if you're still part of the plan.
