Unable to upgrade Spotify

I have been attempting to upgrade to the free trial of premuim for over a week now and every single time I have recieved hte same error message that says "We couldn't process your order". I have tried multiple credit and debit cards that all have worked on previous online orders, tried different computers, and even different browsers. Is this a problem with my account itself? (I also live in the US so it is available here). I have also attached a picture of the error message I have been getting. None of the trouble shooting tips have worked and even sending in a error form has not helped. I'd like to resolve this soon if possible, so if anyone can help it'd be much appreciated.

Whats a Spotify Rock Star?

Spotify will charge your payment card(s) a $0.00 transaction to verify your card exists which some card issues and banks reject as suspicious. I would suggest asking them to make sure they aren't blocking the payment.
