Unlimited Still playing adverts...

I've had spotify unlimited for 3 months now, it was fine up until this month when it started playing adverts.

The reason for this is because I lost my debit card so had to order a new one and obviously all my details changed...I have updated my card information and the £4.99 has been taken out of my account for this month but it's still playing adverts.

I've tried logging out and logging back in several times...

any help would be much appreciated as this is really starting to irritate me ARGH!

You have an active spotify unlimited subscription. Your subscription will automatically renew and you will be charged £4.99 on 2013-05-17 unless you cancel your recurring payment.

Can you try a quick clean reinstallation of the client and see if that helps?

Which devices are you using?

Unlimited only removes advertising on the desktop and web players. If you are using a tablet or mobile phone, you need Premium to remove adverts.
