Username shown as numbers

I have a Spotify account connected to my Facebook profile. A few days ago instead of my name my username is shown as numbers. It is like that on the right top of the player and it is how my followers see my activity. Also if they search my profile using my name for the query they do not find anything. If I or others open my profile, my name is correctly shown instead and my account settings confirm my username is still that one. 

I haven't changed any settings or other stuff lately. Do you know what and why this is happening?

I saw another case of this the other day. Normally this fixes itself after a few days. Are you using the desktop client? If so, could you just try a quick reinstall?
