Wrong hotmail when I purchased premium - HELP

I just purchased Spotify premium. But I had the wrong email address on my account when I did this. I have changed it now but what should I do to start listening to my spotify premium? Cause you need to login to your hotmail and confirm, but it has been sent to wrong email. Can someone pleas help me? 🙂

You shouldn't need to access your email to confirm your subscription. Are you logging in using a Spotify username of with Facebook?
