I was signing up for student on my phone but could not continue with the forms since it wouldn't select my school, I went online to sign up but it wouldn't take my card. I checked my account and said it was charged already but I cant access to skip or select songs. what can i do? Do I get my money back??

I apologize for the inconvenience this issue has caused. I can assure you that those charges will clear within a week. This seems to be a little bug that's in the system. For you to acquire the student discount, you'll need to get manually verified at spotify.sheerid.com. Once you get verified you'll receive an e-mail with a link to purchase Premium using the Student Discount. Don't worry, this will be the last time you'll need to enter your payment information.

Thank you but the money I had in my card was the last of bit I had until I get paid so do I get it back so I can activate my account?
