lost spotify premium while still paying for it!

I have had premium for a couple of months problem free. Then one day my premium just dissapared. We checked our payments and we have payed for it.
Please help

Hi. What does it show under subscription status on this page? Could you just check the original email receipt from spotify and compare the username shown there with that shown on your account overview - if they're not the same, you have logged in with the wrong credentials. Log out and log back in with the username shown on the receipt unless it is a 10 digit number, in which case log in with your facebook credentials (email address/facebook password).
