Buy audiobook link in email only takes me to the app so can't confirm why

The email link to buy the audiobook takes me to the app not webpage so I just go round in circles. I log in to the web version but there is no option to search content. I have logged in and out several times and reinstalled the app. I still cannot confirm purchase anywhere.

I'm having the same issue and an incognito tab did not help. Why won't the app send an email? It worked previously

Welcome to the thread!

If incognito didn't work, I also recommend clearing the cache and cookies of your browser and if this doesn't do the trick, then give it a try with a different browser or on a different device if it's possible.
