I recently accounts numbers with Fido, so i've been disconnected with my premium subscription that I had with my phone contract. Everytime I try adding my phone number on spotify and Fido Hub it says that my phone number is already registered for Spotify Premium but on the app and the website itself it shows that im using Spotify Free.

Could it be that your Fido might be linked to a different Spotify account?

 

If not, and since your subscription page shows you as Free, it looks like Fido should be the one that disconnects the current link from your Fido to Spotify, so you can relink it again.
