Incorrect 2G/3G Traffic Usage

Hello everyone,

 

I've a premium account, and today I've got a huge problem with my Spotify App on my Android Nexus 5 device.

 

Using my WiFi network, after adding a song to the "star" playlist, there were problems downloading it. I decided to stop it and go out. Few minutes later, I noticed that the mobile traffic was totally used because the Spotify app used 1,15 GB of mobile data even if I chose to not stream/download songs during 2G/3G network coverage.

 

This joke cost me something like 20 Euro.

 

There is a way to contact a customer service asking for checks?
