My favorite song skips whenever I make it available offline

TV On The Radio – DLZ

Whenever I download it to my Galaxy S4 this song is fine until its about a minute and a half into it, then it begins skipping every few seconds. Please help!

Is it a local file being synced from your computer or is it synced from Spotify?

It is synced from spotify. I tried using the copy I have of the song as a local file to see if that would work, but it used the synced version instead.

I would suggest you clear the Spotify cache from the settings menu and then resync and see if that makes a difference? (you will however need to resync all offline content)

I actually tried that a month ago to no avail. When I uninstall the song and stream it it works fine, but once I download it the problem comes back.
