Offline downloaded songs are suddenly not available

on my phone's storage Spotify's cache still takes 4,7 gb's of space which are all my songs. The problem is that they are not available for offline use. I've already cleared cache when this happened 1 day ago and just redownloaded them over night thinking it was a one time problem, but when I woke up this morning I couldn't listen to my offline songs.

My guess is that it has something to do with Spotify being unable to find the right path to the place where the music is stored.
