Release radar showing content not available

Release radar showing content not available

This problem of the release radar being empty is happening again. When clicking on the Playlist on an android device, the screen says "This content is no longer available. Head home to find something else to listen to".

Same; latest app on Android with cache cleared. Wish y'all could actually fix this issue.

Thanks for posting in the Community! Appreciate the video @iamthought.

 

We are aware of this issue and there were other users that reported this behavior with the Release Radar playlist, however it should now be fixed. You can check out this existing thread if you'd like.

 

Since it should be working without issues, it's worth trying some troubleshooting steps in case they make a difference for you. I recommend logging out > back in twice in a row on the devices you're using as this resyncs your accounts and Spotify. 

 

A step further would be a clean reinstall which often helps with different performance issues. 

 

If these don't change anything, it'd be great if you could share what else you've tried, as well as send the affected devices' make, model, OS version and the Spotify version.

Today I went to Spotify, when I clicked on the playlist " releases radar" it said "content does not exist" and then the playlist disappeared from the library
