I've had this recent issue on my phone (no other device) where I can't access my playlists unless they're in the home tab. My liked songs are gone, and music refuses to play. It's kind of treating my account like it's new even though it seems to know I have playlists. I've already restarted my phone and uninstalled and reinstalled the app, cleared all cache and data, but nothing changed. It can play ads just fine (because of course it can).
Hey there! We get it, it must be frustrating but here is something you could try.
Great that you have already tried the basic troubleshooting i.e. clean install. What we suggest is going to Spotify.com and then from your settings try SIGN OUR EVERYWHERE option and try logging in again. It should work. Keep us posted.
