I can't figure out how to get music from my computer onto my phone

I am not able to play music that is on my computer and in my spotify playlists on my mobile phone. Why the heck am i paying 10 dollars if the program wont actually play my songs when i want it to?

Help - sprint evo volume is stuck on full volume!

After the most recent upgrade, I can't adjust the volume when my headphones are plugged in. The volume is stuck on full blast. when i hit the lower volume button my android says its all the way down and even muted. no luck. help?
