Offline modus,all my download songs deleted

Sound sizzling

I've got samsung note 5 with android 7.0 . My spotify app is 8.4.19.782 armV7. I'm premium user. My problem is when screen turns off sound begins to sizzle.. When I turn on the screen and listen same part of the song again, it seems normal.

Solved!! How Do you Close the Spotify Android Mobile App

There use to be an obvious way to either close the mobile android app or to sign out. Now there is neither. There seems purposeful and quite unnecessarily controlling.
