can't click shuffle play

hi, i've pay for premium account, but when i click shuffle play or i want to start the song all over again by clicking (what do i call it?) rewind or whatsoever, i can't do that. it says that i discovered a premium feature and that i should get a premium account when in fact my account is premium already. please help. thank you.

Have you tried reinstalling your app? If not here's a step by step tutorial.
