my anroid 2.2 device doesn't show random play button

my anroid 2.2 device doesn't show random play button,always show download button,and I don't have premium account so is a neverending nightmare.My phone is rooted,Alcatel stock rom.I have tried to install/uninstall many times,too I've deleted spotyfy folder from sd card. I don't understand whats happening.The same account in pc working right. The version in android device is 0.6.5.183,last i've could download from Google Play.

I'm afraid that your android version is too old to run the more recent spotify app which is required to use it free on mobile. You need to upgrade to android 2.3 or newer.
