Local Files On Repeat playlists?

Why is it that the local files never appear on the on repeat playlists? It kinda defeats the purpose of having a playlist of your most played songs when you know that it's not inaccurate. Some songs i know for a fact are in my most played but since they are local files its like they don't exist. Maybe just a text list of my most played songs would work?
