"Keep things fresh!" - toggle option for streaming your library

Hi,

Often times I like shuffling my whole library to get a nice variety of songs I like, but I also like to hear songs I am not super familiar with. Is there a way that Spotify could implement a  "stay fresh" toggle option that could prioritize tracks already in our library that have been released in recent years and/or also haven't  been steamed/played by us very much? I'd love to hear some of my forgotten /buried gems 😉
