Can we get a slider to change the volume for each ear individually?

I'm hearing impaired mostly in my left ear. This means that when I'm listening to music hear the right ear a lot clearer, as a music lover this leads to issues when songs pan parts to my left ear. I do have a hearing aid but headphones are never big enough to get the sound into the mic and I have to have them on at an angle.

If the volume in my left ear was louder than in my right then I think it would make my whole experience a lot more enjoyable. What do you think?
