[Desktop] Updated taskbar icon for Windows light theme

In dark theme, the taskbar icon is rounded with black stripes, fitting to the Spotify branding on all other platforms.

But in light theme, the taskbar icon has a green tile with sharp corners from the Windows 8 Metro design.

Please replace this with the rounded Spotify icon with white stripes as the Metro design is slowly going away from Windows altogether.

As mentioned here: Re: Windows 10 app icon in white theme - The Spotify Community - the Spotify icon on the taskbar on Windows 10 has a green box around it, when Windows is using light mode.

In dark mode, this isn't the case, and means the Spotify icon looks out of place on the taskbar when your Windows device is set to light mode, as seen below.
