[Mobile][Playlists] Add suggested enhanced song from Now playing view

I made a new playlist using songs I knew, songs that were suggested at the bottom from the desktop, and enhanced songs from mobile. 

When I find a new 'enhanced' song I like, I have to go back to the playlist to add AND trigger the suggestion of three new recommended enhanced songs. I quite enjoy this feature, but sometimes the enhanced song is not displayed in the list and I have to add it manually. 

It would be great if the '+' symbol was added on the displayed song page of what you're currently listening to so you can keep discovering new songs without disrupting your listening flow.
