Sorting capability (especially by release date) for podcast episode search results is desperately needed. It’s hard to find more recent — or more timely/relevant — episodes when search is filtered by podcast topic and by podcasts & episodes.

When looking for podcast episode on a particular subject, it would be useful to be able to sort episodes by release date. As a minimum the release date for each episode should be shown for each episode in the search result.
All podcast searches in all platforms needs to show published date. If I am searching for a topic and have to click in on every episode to know weather or not its actually relevant information since it might be a developing story. This sucks.
