It seems like Spotify deals first with the most voted ideas but the votes are not representative of the needs because actually almost none of all users are aware of the existence of this website. A Twitter account with ideas tweeted automatically, reactions, RTs, likes will give a better representation of what people actually want and create debate around ideas.
