Adding a Patreon file onto Spotify

My Question or Issue

For a week or so I’ve been trying to get a song from Patreon onto Spotify, asked for help on twitter and Reddit and just can’t. The song was on a post on a Patreon group as a file. I’ve downloaded the file in multiple places(in the Spotify file, ICloud, the devices themselves), and I have local files enabled on both devices but it just doesn’t appear and I have no idea what I’m doing.

I have done as it says but still nothing, Spotify local files are on and it has access to my media and Apple Music(that was the option in settings, not media and files), and still nothing, I’m at a complete lost.

Thanks for the clarification!

Have you checked out this Local files sync and discovery on iOS FAQ, which the other one was referring to? The Media & Apple Music option is mentioned in it and there are a few methods you can test out, so if the sync isn't working, you can try the discovery option instead or syncing your Music Library.
