Make a folder and put albums in

Is there any way to make a folder and put albums in it? Ive tried and it just keeps making the album into a playlist when i put it in the folder.

Currently, folders only work with playlists, so if you try to add an album to a folder, the app would create a playlist of it instead. There's an idea about implementing folders that support artists and albums in addition to playlists here, so feel free check it out and show your support, if you haven't already.

Note that despite its status, the idea is open for voting so you can still give it a thumbs up. We revisit such ideas on regular intervals and it just might be that their time would be right in the future.
