Can’t turn off low data mode while using 4G

I cannot turn of low data mode when i’m using mobile data. I can turn on and off while using wifi. Why is that so? I want to turn off low data off while using mobile data. My phone setting is not on low data mode too.

Solved!! Song went from having vocals to only instrumental

The song Yummi by LXNGVX was having vocals in the song but it changed and now it's only instrumental. The lyrics are still there in the lyrics tab. This happened to all versions(sped up, slowed, super slowed)
