My Question or Issue

Após eu baixar minhas músicas meu celular acabou reiniciando e quando eu fui abrir o Spotify de novo os meus downloads tinham desaparecido! Fui conferi os dados do aplicativos e constava que as músicas estavam no dispositivo, apenas o spotify que não reconhecia que eu tinha baixado as músicas. Tentei baixar offline pra ver se o spotify reconhecia as músicas mas... nada. Ele só reconhece se estiver online, pois ele baixa mais rápido do que o normal. Já reinstalei e nada. E também acabei de ativar minha conta premium. Outra coisa, eu não utilizo outro dispositivo a não ser o celular e meu computador. Então o pessoal do Spotify podem consertar esse bug?? Ou me ajudar a concertar??

I checked the application data and it was recorded that the songs were on the device, only the spotify that did not recognize that I had downloaded the songs.
