My Question or Issue

Hi. Because of the workflow I have I tend to change my operating systems a lot. And the thing about spotify that bothers me is that I can't find any solution on the community.
The thing is I have a premium plan and according to my country's internet situation with speed and low availability I tend to download too many songs. But still I don't want to redownload everything once I change my operating system hence my spotify client. I don't want to use windows/linux client's cache directory as a shared directory. But I would very much like it if I could be able to keep a backup of my downloaded songs (that only spotify client can decode), so in my new os (my new spotify client which is the same as the previous one) I can put the kept cached songs in the new cache directory and run spotify and use the previously downloaded songs without having to download it again.
Does anybody have any suggestion.

p.s. I can't afford to test this myself.
p.s.s. sorry for the LONG description. I just wanted to be exactly clear.
