spotify can't play this right now

When I press any song on Spotify, it will always show the words “Spotify can’t play this right now. If you have the file on your computer you can import it." and switch to a series of other songs to a song, but only hear the first 10 seconds and lose the sound. When the song ends, then there is a series with the upper line and I only hear another song in the first 10 seconds.
I’m using Spotify using Firefox 124.0.2 on Linux Mint 19.3 Xfce.
